We’re looking to start rehearsals in October for the Christmas play. We have booked the Methodist Hall for performances on the 11 and 12 December, with dress rehearsal on the 10th.
We’d like to do a read through for casting on Tuesday 14th September at 8pm at the Black Horse. There are a lot of small parts and a couple of bigger ones so please come along.
The play is ‘Shakespeare’s lost Christmas Play’. It’s a fun one-act play about a group of players with no theatre during the 1600’s plague.
Shakespeare experience isn’t essential as it’s more Upstart Crow than Hamlet!
